Innova Dynamics is an electronic materials company that supplies Innlay™ silver nanowire (AgNW) inks to manufacturers of TCE (transparent conductive electrode) films and touch sensors. These inks are designed to ‘drop in’ to typical manufacturing operations that use conventional coating and printing equipment (e.g. slot die coating) as well as standard metallization materials (e.g. silver pastes, sputtered metal films), and patterning methods (e.g. photolithography, laser patterning). Innova Dynamics’ customers produce TCE films by wet deposition of Innlay™ AgNW inks onto polymer base films using conventional roll-to-roll coating equipment.
Innova Dynamics also is developing Innlay™ patterning pastes, which its customers can use to produce touch sensors with invisible patterns. Screen-printing Innlay™ patterning pastes onto TCE films creates non-conductive areas that are optically identical to conductive areas.
Innova Dynamics has also developed the IonArmour® antimicrobial technology platform to cost-effectively create antimicrobial surfaces with extraordinary efficacy. The Company provides licenses to this IonArmour® platform.
